| The SPB 100 solar powered led beacon is a cost effective low maintenance compact marine led beacon equipped with a high intensity marine navigation lantern and very good resistense to vandalism. |

| The beacon cabinet is made of stainless steel AISI 316 material thickness is 1,5 mm. , the shape is a part-cylinder, at the backside provided with hinged lockable door. The signal lantern is placed on the upperside of the solar powered beacon and mounted with thief resistant bolts. The battery-rack is a integrated part of the housing and supplies a good deal of rigidity of the solar powered beacon. |
| The marine signal lantern IML200PU LED with among others a integrated chargeregulator function is connected by means of a cable and connector through a centrally opening in the upper cover of the beacon, so that the connection cable cannot be seen. The conveyance opening with a raised edge allows ventilation to the battery pack. A birdspikes on the lantern is provided. The bottom of the solar powered beacon is provided with 4 mounting holes to enable easy mounting of the beacon on the lightfixture. |
| Holes in the bottom allow ventilation for the batteries. It is also possible to mount the led beacon with a flange on a tubepost. |
| The electrical system consists of a bonded-on flexible solargenerator with a maximum output of 42 watt peak. This special solargenerator is excellent in resisting vandalism. charge characteristics in dark weather conditions is about 20% higher than crystralline solargenerators and therefore specially suited for regions with low sun irradiation. |

| The battery rack has a capacity for maximum 2 pieces batteries, 12 volt 115 amph type Delco 2000, requiring a minimum of maintenance. The batteries are directly connected via 10mm2 cables. Connections between the solargenerators and navigation lantern is via the in the upperside mounted cabinet with fused terminals. The maximum range of the beacon is 5 nautical mile with fixed character. Weight of the complete signal beacon is about 97 kilograms. The focal plane of the signal lantern is about 1100 mm. |
